Every plan runs the same audit: your chatbot's answers, checked against your own published policy. Pick a plan by how many websites you check and how many audits you need.
Both start the same way: you prove you own the domain. Then Rotwatch reaches your chatbot through your website, or through its own endpoint.
Free, Pro and Business are plans for your account, not roles. What you can do depends on whether you own the domain.
Signs in with an email code and proves they own the domain. Controls chatbot connections, approvals, reports and billing.
Gets access to one domain from its owner, for 1 to 30 days. Can start website audits, which belong to the owner.
Everyone signs in with a one-time email code. There are no passwords.
Your audit count resets every month. The reset date is shown in Billing.
If an audit is refused, or expires in the queue before it starts, it doesn't use your allowance. If it fails because of a problem on Rotwatch's side, the audit is returned.
You pay on Stripe's page. Rotwatch never sees your card or address. Tax and the total show before you pay.
Your plan changes when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you come back from checkout.
€49 adds 1 credit for a new audit with a full report. It's used once your plan's audits for the month are used, and it doesn't open a report you already have as a preview. Credits are shown in Billing. An expired credit can't be used.
Payment methods, invoices and cancelling are handled in Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops renewal; your plan stays until the paid period ends.
Said up front, so there are no surprises after you pay.
